Packages and what is included
What is included with a Christmas light installation?
Every installation includes C9 LED lights custom-cut to your roof and gutter line, a timer, takedown after the holidays, and storage of your lights until the following season.
How much does it cost?
It depends on your home, so we start with a free estimate. Our pricing is upfront: you will know the cost before anything goes up.
What packages do you offer?
Two. Classic White uses warm white LED lights. Candy Cane uses red and warm white LED lights. Both use C9 LED bulbs.
What is the difference between a one-time install and yearly rehanging?
With a one-time installation we put your lights up for this season and take them down afterwards. With our yearly rehanging service, we arrange your installation for you each year.
Lights and design
What kind of lights do you use?
C9 LED bulbs, the large outdoor Christmas bulb. They are long-lasting, resist fading, breaking and chipping, and are projected to last ten times longer than traditional incandescent bulbs.
Will the lights fit my house properly?
Yes. A technician custom-cuts your lights to suit your roof and gutter line, so there are no strands that are too long or too short.
How does the timer work?
Each installation includes a timer on a preset schedule. Your lights turn on in the evening and turn off late at night and during the day, which saves energy and money.
Are LED Christmas lights safe for my home?
LEDs give off less heat than incandescent bulbs, which makes them a safer choice for your house. They are also one of the most energy-saving options.
Can you light something other than the roofline?
Our packages are built around your roof and gutter line. If you have something else in mind, mention it when you request your estimate and we will tell you what we can do.
Can you install lights I already own?
Our packages use the C9 LED lights we supply and cut to fit your home. If you have a different situation, ask us when you request your estimate.
Booking and timing
How do I get an estimate?
Call or text (360) 842-6533 with your property address, and a photo of your home if you have one. You can also email us. The estimate is free.
When will my lights be installed?
We arrange your installation date with you after you have your estimate. If you have a date in mind, get in touch early and tell us.
What happens after the holidays?
We come back to your house, remove the lights and carefully store them in a storage container until the following holiday season.
What if something is not right with my lights?

Who is One and Done?
One and Done is a Seattle exterior cleaning company owned by Drew Agan. Alongside pressure washing, roof cleaning and gutter services, we install holiday lights.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Our team is licensed and insured, and we carry $1 million in liability and property damage coverage.
Which areas do you serve?
